Bark Ornament (Pvt) Ltd, in collaboration with the Industrial Development Board (IDB), successfully conducted an SME development initiative at the Divisional Secretariat, Kalutara, bringing together more than 100 Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs.
The initiative focused on strengthening entrepreneurial knowledge, managerial capabilities, business development skills, and market awareness. Bark Ornament shared its industry experience and supported participants in exploring opportunities for product development, market engagement, and sustainable business growth.
The program was further strengthened by the participation of the Bank of Ceylon (BOC), which provided guidance on financial services, credit facilities, and SME loan schemes, while the Export Development Board (EDB) shared insights into market development and export-oriented business opportunities.
Through initiatives such as this, Bark Ornament continues to support entrepreneurship, encourage meaningful business partnerships, and contribute to the development of a stronger and more sustainable SME sector in Sri Lanka.
කාර්මික සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය (IDB) සමඟ සහයෝගයෙන්, කුඩා හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ ව්‍යවසාය (SME) ව්‍යවසායකයින් 100 කට වැඩි පිරිසක් එක් කරමින් කළුතර ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේදී Bark Ornament (Pvt) Ltd සාර්ථකව SME සංවර්ධන මුලපිරීමක් පවත්වන ලදී.
මෙම මුලපිරීම ව්‍යවසායක දැනුම, කළමනාකරණ හැකියාවන්, ව්‍යාපාර සංවර්ධන කුසලතා සහ වෙළඳපල දැනුවත්භාවය ශක්තිමත් කිරීම කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කළේය. Bark Ornament සිය කර්මාන්ත අත්දැකීම් බෙදා ගත් අතර නිෂ්පාදන සංවර්ධනය, වෙළඳපල සහභාගීත්වය සහ තිරසාර ව්‍යාපාර වර්ධනය සඳහා අවස්ථා ගවේෂණය කිරීමේදී සහභාගිවන්නන්ට සහාය විය.
මූල්‍ය සේවා, ණය පහසුකම් සහ කුඩා හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ ණය යෝජනා ක්‍රම පිළිබඳ මග පෙන්වීමක් ලබා දුන් ලංකා බැංකුවේ (BOC) සහභාගීත්වයෙන් වැඩසටහන තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කරන ලද අතර අපනයන සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය (EDB) වෙළඳපල සංවර්ධනය සහ අපනයන-නැඹුරු ව්‍යාපාරික අවස්ථා පිළිබඳ අවබෝධයක් බෙදා ගත්තේය.
මෙවැනි මුලපිරීම් හරහා, Bark Ornament ව්‍යවසායකත්වයට සහාය වීම, අර්ථවත් ව්‍යාපාරික හවුල්කාරිත්වයන් දිරිමත් කිරීම සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ශක්තිමත් සහ තිරසාර කුඩා හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ අංශයක් සංවර්ධනය කිරීමට දායක වීම දිගටම කරගෙන යයි.
